The vector of Rikku looks pretty good but I think the bg is lacking.It just needs well...more.Its a way too plain.

Awesome wallpaper, really! Definitely some great character and style that I like Simple layout yes, but I think it really works here (very nice vector style too) great job! ^_^

I agree with the other comments of the fact that the background could use some work, maybe add more bars, with better complimenting colors with your blue background.
The one huge thing that I don't agree with what others have said and I have a problem with is your vector. It doesn't look right, it looks jagged and sloppy, especially her hair and her sleeves. It just doesn't look like it flows very well.
