I feel like I am wasting space, but I will type a description for the two people who will look at the wall. Anyway I made this for a background for my PS3, but thought what the heck I will submit it. More love for Neuro. This was vectored from a screencap of ep 2. Just this screencap alone was what made me get into the anime/manga. Everything is vectored the background came from the “Dirty” scan, and the border came from the sicks chapter. I liked the border so I thought it would fit. I tried my hardest to make the eyes look like the anime but I failed, I used brushes to fill in the eyes. I wanted to recreate the effect that they move even when it is just a screenshot.

This looks unexpectedly good on a desktop, probably because there this feeling of Neuro leaning closer and closer :p Anyways, the hair could be improved by a few extra layers.

Шикарная вещь,это одна из немногих обоев,на которых он похож сам на себя и при этом основные оси на лице взаимно перпендикулярны,а не расположены под произвольными углами. Х) +1!
