Oi! This here is my first anime wallpaper, and I have to say that I'm quite satisfied with the outcome. Things started off when I found a scan from something that apparently was Gundam 00 (I have no memory of these chars what so ever, it can be found here on AP in the Gundam 00 section). After downloading the scan I found the cleaning job to be quite easy as I like it. This gives me more time to think about my concept. The concept I decided to go for was something like colors thats being blown away (fading colors :P). After a while I ended up with a decent wall but I felt that something was missing so I added the colors from the scans outer parts to the "wind" if we can call it that. After some feedback, both here on AP and from some friends I tried to make several adjustments to the wall and this was the resault. The reason I left the color in the figure of the girl in the middle was because I thought it gave the wall a great contrast and I thought it looked cool, simple as that! :P Some people will defenatly say that its not complex enough but thats how I like it. The finished wall had about 30~40 layers and about 10 hours in the makin'. Hope you like it, I sure had fun makin' it.

A wallpaper doesn't have to be complex to be good, that's just a matter of opinion I reckon... However I like although I'm not a big fan of Gundam I like what you've done here. Spartan; simple yet elegant. Nice going mate + fav

Looks good for your first wallpaper. =) Nice cleaning. Don't just rely on brushes and square cutouts of scans though, there's so much you can do with just one of those scans alone you know. :D

Fading in the colors are very interesting. It may be her nostalgic feeling about changing of her friends and memories from the past to the future.

The effects are nice especially the mirror effect on the bottom. Though, in my opinion, the brushes on the sides seems a little messy. nonetheless, a well done job.

Congrats on ur first.As Bernouli said dont rely on Brushes.If u want my advice master the pen-tool and layers.If u do then u can create possible anyting u want.from ur own flowers to ur own abstracts.For this wallpaper is a great idea,keep up the good work and also think of the best solution (background) for a scan u are going to wall :)

Thanks for the constructive feedback moto. My problem is that my artistic skills with a pen ain't that good. :P But i suppose its something I need to practice. For my next wall it might be much better. :P

It just looked really weird.(XD) The wall would have been to messy with all the different colors. So yeah, its a magic wind (as of now):P

Looks pretty good for your first wall =D but i think your relying a little too much on the brushes~ The blending of the reflection in the water ripple looks pretty well done too but the sakura petals looks kinda out of place =D Maybe trying to make use of the full scan instead of chopping them up will make them looks better too?
Side note: i have no memories of those characters too XD

I am charmed with brilliant Ohhh the characters, which stands out mas they are the alive(vivacious) colors of the sides of each one, the detallle of the sakuras flying merry in the bottom.

This is a really nice wallpaper that the image is focussed in the middle and not too any of the sides really. Having the big surrounding being black is a big plus for helping the focus on the picture in the middle where you go from colors too black and white and then the colored lines out of the pictures made it very catching in my eyes. Therefore I like it and definitely +fav it.

Its a very good idea, BUT, I don't like the colors allot... they don't flow nicely... if you got the colors right it would be as good as the idea is...
But still i like it allot.. just work on the colors in my opinion..

Oh my this is lovely. The reflection you did look awesome, almost like it's a showcase. There's also a lot of room for icons. The cherry blossoms floating outside the picture is also a nice touch.

this is really really nice... but I don't think I can find a 00 theme in it...or a char.
I'm assuming it's supposed to be asymmetrical. I think I wold like it better if it were more balanced since the layout is more fitting for that.

Yeah, this wallpaper design rules. I don't like wallpapers with too much going on either. If I even have the slightest difficulty finding the icon I am looking for, that means that wall has to go! i like this one though.
I would've used it if they were characters from the actual show (I don't read the comic or novel). Still worth a download though, thanks!! And awesome job!

This is seriously a nice wallpaper. The image is completely focussed and the whole colour blending and image contrast are simply well arranged. I just hope that if you could produce more of this goodies. It'd be much appreciated. Thank you so much again for this great share :)
