The paint-style effect is awesome. The two scans go well together, and I sense something romantic here yet it's very calming at the same time. The whole background is superb to look at. I love the coloring style here the most. Good job. C.C. and Lelouch are the best.

Oh man, I am working on this very same scene (screencaptured from the anime) as well. Looks like you managed to finish it before I did though, hehe. Good job, you pretty much recreated it well just like it originally looked, and even adding one more character in the composition (although I think that Lelouch is looking too big there, C.C. looks way shorter, almost like a little kid). I guess I'll have to skip submitting mine since two similar wallpapers would look odd, heh. :P

This sounds silly, but I am really impressed by how you worked with the grass in this. It looks very realistic, and really caught my attention. You did a very good job fixing up CC, too; her hair is done well, and I love the way you fixed up her clothes. The landscape in general looks good, but some fine details like the castle/chapel both look a little sloppy, and it doesn't look like the lines connect (but that could be the resolution I picked). While Lelouch's clothes look incredible, his face looks like you went over the original lines put in place and blended over them? I'm not quite sure what happened there, but if you put some kind of photo filter on it, I would probably get rid of it; I love the wall, but the blurry lines on Lelouch's face really takes some of it away for me. :[

this is pretty adorable. i like this because we reminisce about what "after" R2 could be happening. ah, we all wish princes/emperors could take us away to view lakes that span across castles. kind of reminds me of a place in slovenia.
