The background actually looks pretty good. But I think the character is a little low quality. Since the girl is mostly colorless, I think maybe you should try just vectoring the line art of her. I think it would help. Good job for your first wallpaper. :)

I like the background that you choose and also the txt format. Its pretty and I'm not just saying that because I'm a Sailor Moon fan. Its good. Good job.

It's pretty. I think the picture works with the background but its sorta too bright to me at the same time. Meh, I like it, bright or not.

Okay, after looking at it better, it isn't that bright. My monitor was just being evil. Sorry. I still love it though ^^

Aw, this is a cute Sailor Moon wallpaper. I like the colors and the background. But as mentioned, the scan's quality is rather low. Also, I think she would better blend into the background if you made her cape a little transparent. Because there's too much white on her, she doesn't look that well with the background.
