nice job, like reading the old tale XD the texture used well and blend nice just maybe the book's bottom cover seems a bit too "straight" for a book and maybe u need to put a little shadow on that :)

Well I see that you finally took someones advice and made something different. When I first saw this I didn't think it was from you at all that is a good thing and a bad thing and here's why.

I can see the emotion of depression in this wall trying to convey that the comments on your last wall were mean and they hurt you, now when that happens you can either not listen like you normally do or take what they say and make something better. Now you in a way took what they said but you made something different not completely better. I looked at the scans compared them to the wall and broke down how you made it since I've worked with photoshop I have picked a few things up. I see that you combined the pictures on a book you found and chose a wooden table as the background, simple enough, I would expect such skills from someone who has 43 wallpapers but it made me wonder, why is it that you never used these skills before, was it just because you really thought your work was good or was it because you didn't have them until recently. I'm just shocked you never used them before, all of your wallpapers have the same old song and dance but this one is different why is that really.

This wallpaper needs to be sharper the book is faded and dull, I like the over all concept but this isn't really that innovative it's not like this hasn't been done before . I like the fact that you made something different but you still have a lot to learn when it comes to making wallpapers.

If you take someones critique and turn it into something positive that is the sign of a true artist, but if you complain there just mean and trying to hurt you on purpose (like in this case right now) your not going to learn anything and you will keep being immature about something that could actually help you. Session Zero is for people who really want to learn are you just afraid of people digging into you to deep or are you just refusing to listen to people who know what there talking about.

I'm not a mean person in any way, I'm realistic and I wish more people would actually comment the way I do instead of paraphrasing the same crap over and over. Just learn from your mistakes and move on to the next project.

I feel like a read an old book from one-handed years ago O_O, there is a little blood on its too. Yeah, Your textures and color make its looks so old. I'm sure I'm not able to make that by myself.

Very creative. Very fantasy-like without having any of its elements in it. For some reason it reminds me of the book, "Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norell".

Oh, this is amazing! I love the layout here :)

You make me want to read the books! It's much better than your previous works. A few things are odd about it. On the left page there is a texture like linen. Did you do that on purpose? The wooden table you created looks old and worn out. But the boards look too mirrored. I think it would have looked better and more impressive if you 'looked' at it from a lower perspective. And what would have been really cool is an item that could have been from D on the table, like his sword or those iron pins he throws (which is very hard, I mean, where the hell are you going to find a high-quality picture of a longsword/nodachi?). That way, it would have looked more mysterious. But those are just a few ideas from me. I hope you'll make more wallpapers from Vampire Hunter D, I really like him!

PS: Can you believe it took me ten minutes to find out what kind of sword D wields?

It's so well done that it's a shame the table texture takes up as much space as it does. If the book and then images were just a smidge bigger, it'd be perfect! Really beautiful image choices, though. The one on the right would make a great wall by itself.
