The wall is cute, I like the idea I think a few things could be fixed though.

The scan is nicely extracted, I think that it has a bit too much of a blurred over layer since it's glowing a bit on the background and it doesn't look like a nice glow just something in the way.

The background is a nice concept, I think the sky should be much darker for a mysterious look. Since you said you made it for Halloween it should look dark and creepy some what, maybe some leafless trees in the back at a small distance.

The moon looks pixelated, as if it was made larger and then slapped on. I think changing it will help, perhaps make your own or find a new better stock. Although making one is not that hard :3

I like the trail of magic that her staff is leaving, it looks very nice and sort of 'real'.

I really love the red moon behind it brings the dark blue back ground and proves to bring out Lilith even more.

nice wall anyway, you made the different parts fit well together, the castle and mountains look cool but the chara is a little blurry (or it's my eyes ). the clouds and moon are nice too and you did great light effects around the chara i think what's geat is that it's not too 'heavy' with effects and all XP *thumbs up*

While I think you have made a nice scene there, I also think that you definitely can make this better '_' Well, that is my opinion; the things on the bottom right are pretty flashy while the character itself isn't; I think you may want to make some light on the character (or glow). The misty sky looks nice :3 but I don't really like the red moon though D: especially with blue glow

however, still a decent and nice wallpaper ^___^
