Heyy n_n Like I said last timeee! here is my gintama wallpaper of the jouiii! <333 but I think I saw another wallpaper with the same scan ^^U next wallpaper will be of ginpachi-senseiii!! and guess what I have 1 week of vacations >_< yeiii!!
Well I used some textures and a lot of brushes for the background.. Like always xDD don't like how the backgroud came out dough.. probably because of the red xDDD

Not sure if it's just me but the scan looks to be in bad, bad condition. Then the texture towers over it and kills it more, the lines are jagged as well.
The background has too much texture on it, like an overload to me. The colors and splatters are ok but the dotted lines emerging from them don't really go with the wall.
I will say I love the colors though, but besides that I think this one could use more time in the photoshop.
