A vector of my favorite Cagalli-sama. When I saw the original scan, I just had to vector it. First of all, Cagalli's attire is so cool. The blouse and the shorts fit her well and I adore her necklace. I did the vector pretty quickly, considering I was motivated to do this. As usual, the coloring part was fun. I loved doing the frills here. It was a bit of a pain, though. In the original one, Cagalli is blushing and she still had another accessory with her, but I decided to remove those parts. Reasons? Well, let's just say I'm lazy.
