My first wallpaper - decided to use Setsuna from Mobile Suit Gundam 00 - the floral background is in a way linked with current ending "Prototype" of the second season. Also used the different shades of blue to match his new uniform! I used 3 layers of different textures and brushes for the background. The first version was more brighter but seemed to make Setsuna look yellow and was overloaded with too much brush details so in the final version - i made the changes to the colour and edited the brushes covering most of his arm and made it abit more darker than the previous version.

It is beyond amazing i love it, all the colours blend brilliantly and the way the floral pattern has been put in made me fall in love with the wallpaper (9+_+)(9+_+)(XD)

The image of Setusna's good, and I like the way his left arm's outflung across the right hand side of the image. I'm not sure about the way that his arm and the two brighter lines - the block of brighness around the words 'Gundam 00' and the white stripe coming down from the top, as well as the point of brightness just over his shoulder, all focus attention on his shoulder rather than on his face. I'm also not sure about the way that the his left hand's dark enough that it's almost swallowed by the black area above it.

That said, I do like this wallpaper and - crucially - there're some empty areas for icons on there, so I can see myself using this. Good job overall.

I'm hardly an artist, so I can't really comment on technical things. I can tell when things blend together like they're supposed to, and this is pretty good.

Only minor thing I notice is Setsuna's left hand--it's being swallowed up by that dark space above it.

I look forward to more walls from you in the future! (perhaps a Lockon one... *hint hint* :P)

Thanks for the feedback - with regards to the part where his arm seems to have been swallowed up by the dark part of the backgroud - i think it has to be what resolution you have for your computer, because with mine you can see all of his body clearly including his out stretched left arm :/

It's very nice. I am in infography and for a project in vector, I think to do the same image of Setsuna. The colors are very good, but near his elbows, it is a little dark. But, I think, it is very great made. (Sorry, I have a bad english)
