It's Grell! ARGH!!!!!! He looks handsome and equally cold blooded in this scan but not in the anime. He looked as if he's a sissy or a gay in the anime. But he's a gay, right, till the end? haha... I thought of using this scan myself but, since you already made it into a wall... Love this wall. But I don't really like the background because it looked too fanciful for him, as a absent minded gay Reaper. But still, the vector is wonderful. Well done! +fav

The vector looks amazing and I like the image you decided to use. However, I don't think the BG matches very well and the text really kills any usage of the wall.

I love Grell so much! This is a pretty good vector, everything looks really great especially considering you said you hadn't done one in about a year. The only thing that bothers me about it is the huge text at the bottom. I wish, too, that you offered the wallpaper in widescreen resolutions. If it weren't for the text and the lack of widescreen resolutions to choose from, I would definitely download this wallpaper and use it.
