lol when i saw this scan i was like omg must vector immediately. hmm its still kinda unfinished but i need to do my homework so this is all the detailing you're going to get XD.

gosh this took alot longer than i expected.. i wanted to finish it last night so i could do my homework and now its 5pm and i still havent started studying T_T.
it was really hard for me to decide on a color scheme, because on one hand i wanted bright neon colors and on the other i wanted pastel watercolored painting. so it turned out like this. and i like the text, alot XD.
why does ritsu not have ears you ask? i dont know they weren't in the scan. and i would draw them but its too much unnecessary work. :3 (edit: oh its not ritsu!)

Nice smooth work on the vector. I enjoy colorful wallpapers, and i think you applied it really well here. Lol and yeah i don't think that's Ritsu. It's probably his brother Seimei (i think that was his name). =3
