I found this scan somewhere O.o ... I decided to vector this little character the moment I saw her. Originally it was blue to match all her coloring but somewhere along the lines "Red Eyes" kept ringing in my head so I changed the eyes and decided to make the whole wallpaper monotone with the exception of some red. (isn't she cute?) Anyway comments & faves are welcome, enjoy! < 3
