For those of you that don't know, Centralia is a pretty small region in Pennsylvania. That's where the producers of Silent Hill got the idea to make the game from.More about Centralia
Anyway, this wall was completely different at first. I tried using and modifying a hospital stock photo, but it ended up sucky; so then I used this background of "the real Silent Hill', which is Centralia.

Started off with this stock, and added some filters, blurring, textures and lots of fog.(fog tutorial found by Google-ing). Then I added the three signs (the third one can't be seen in the 1280x1024 version), and tried to make Alex blend in as best as I could. Finally I added the church on top of the hill (which I don't really like).

the ideea is kind of nice, BUT since Alex, the nurse And the rabbit don't leave any shadow on the ground whatsoever they really look like they don't fit in the picture... try changing that because honestly at first i thought that there was a tiny nurse floating around Alex, soo... yeah..

I totally forgot about the shadows...I'll try to edit it sometime, although it won't matter too much, because it was a sucky wall anyway. :(

OMG silent hill. This is a great wall i have just complete the game sillent hill homecoming was pretty hard. Like the wall keep it up i see on the nurses ha.

The concept of Silent Hill is awesome. I'm playing the homecoming version on 360, it's fun and scary because they added fog which you can't see what's beyond the fog, also the darkness. Nice job adding the fog's effect.

This pic is quite unique XD. It´s hard to see a Silent Hill pic with all that light. Eventhough there´s some fog effects. Anyway, despiste little mistakes like the flashlight on and the nurse´s and Robbie´s lack of shadow, it´s an interesting pic.
