First... Merry Christmas for everybody!! XDD
I made this wall for the MT contest, I made it when I was without internet, so I open the PS and extract this scan (category: Magus Tale, but I can't found it so I'll put in the artist category "Tenmaso", that I love! lol).
At first I did not know very well what to do with it... I wanted something colorful and bright... A city bright as I ever had... I always thought my life without so... So I tried to make a happy and joyful night... And brilliant!
I started doing the wallpaper at midnight and a half and distract me, when I saw were 6 and half of the morning! I kept the other day, finally finished... I used many different effects...
Tool: PS CS4. Time: 6h+ Layers: 40+

It is certainly bright, so you accomplished your goal with that. But it's so bright that it's almost blinding in the upper left hand corner. Lovely pic, but I think it's being washed out by the brightness.

On what is she sitting? On a big snowball with a face? (If yes - poor snowball - she seems to be heavy lol)
