Ahem, so everything come from this scan, and i feel like i got to make some snowy wall from this scan. Though my previous wall have been snowy too. Please forgive me, i just can't help it. ( T_T)/
Aaanywayz, i vectored this scan, and it turn out to be more anime-like rather than manga-like. I like it this way, so for me it's no prob. But if for you it is, feel free to throw molotov at me. And the rest, i made Saki sitting on the snow, under the snowfall. It's just brush play, believe me. And i smudge quite a lot, blurring the image a bit also so it doesn't look too vectored. Sorry, but the vector took most part of the wall, so yeah.. --"
I personally not quite satisfied yet with this one. I'll post the revision later if i'm willing to fix this one.

Colors in the wallpaper is very realistic. They are drawing breath and wind in the winter very well.
