The vector is well done. So as the background. Wonderful wallpaper title. Although its plainly from the scan, but it's nice to see someone turn it into a wonderful piece.

I love the bg and Painting is done greatly..But dai-chan doesnt match with BG.Diasuke looks too clean and sharp while the BG is rather blurry and has a texture effect too it.It looks to me as if diasuke is suspended in air rather than sitting on the stairs.Maby one or 2 textures on the whole wall helps out.

As I said coloring is perfect and with that unmatching prob gone it would be perfect...SS rated maby ^^

Beautiful painting and vectoring! As mentioned...there is sort of a contrast between the vector and painting. Also, Daisuke looks like he's floating on the stairs since there aren't shadows.

The lines of the character are nice and crisp. The way you smoothed out all the texture makes the wall even more relaxing.

I loved this one just from seeing the thumbnail! You have a gorgeous atmosphere going on this wall. |(n_n)| A minor crit would be that I think Daisuke needs to have some more shadows added directly underneath him where he's touching the stairs, to tie him in to the background a little better. I know that's how it was in the original scan, but because your Daisuke is a little less washed out in style than the original, it overpowers the shadows on the steps.

There si somtething very slightly off with the perspective...and lighting which sort of makes Daisuke not wholly integrated into a very lovely background. Well, lovely but maybe not quite perfect; does the handrail on the left not go up to meet the bit on the landing?

Nice tone overall. The background matches with the shades on the scan!! One flaw I find is that the scan has black outlines whereas the background doesn't so they don't quite match. But I think it will make the scan itself standout. Good job!
