You're getting better and better at everything. The clouds are amazing, can't describe them otherwise, so is everything in this wall. His hair/clothes are too black for the light colored background, maybe you should add a bunch of light shadows here and there ^^" No biggy though, you did a marvelous job!

I really like the way you paint the character. It's a very interesting technique (he looks so real!) and the background is lovely (except for the clouds, you're right: they seem like cotton balls but I'm sure you will know how to make clouds in the near future. All you have to do is to sit down and practise more and more until you're satisfied with the result (and of course you could use a tutorial as a reference. Why not? ^^) Anyway, great job with this wallie!

Wow the colours used in this wallpaper are amazing. There is just one thing that throws me off though, and that is that the colouring of the skin/face doesn't seem to match everything else. It is perhaps too "anime" compared to the bg and strong colours. Hard to explain, and i know you're staying true to the original scan, so I'm not sure how else you could have done it. Perhaps trying to make it look more painted? Like brush-stroked outlines? haha =p Idunno. Anyway, good job, but unfortunately that one thing bothers me too much to actually use it DX

I wouldn't say your clothes are cotton balls of death, they look fine the way they are, lets just call it childish hmmm? Isn't the title Independence? I may not know anything about the anime, manga or such, Im just going from the title. Your leaves, they look like something I would have drawn and colored on a piece of paper in Junior art class, so those leaves are fine by me. Heck, making really cool stylish looking wallpapers isn't everything. Sometimes something that appeals to the eye is enough. Nothing too fancy.

Thanks to this wallpaper and your last one... I am dubbing you the queen of Hitman Reborn wallpapers!! >:3 What does this mean coming from me, someone who has no power or authority on animepaper? Well... :| Not much.

But it DOES mean, I'm amazed by your work, and can't wait to see more! Honestly, I usually don't like vectors because when they're done, they lack a lot of details the original picture had, and I don't like the whole effect because the colors look too... Clean, if that makes sense. Like the image was filled in with a solid color on the computer and not drawn/painted/whatever. And your vector is nothing like that. It's just totally beautiful. So thank you and keep up the good work!! <3

Wow, this character resembles the Mugen-types from Samurai Champloo. I've never seen this particular anime but I might have to take a good look into it. I must admit, your beautiful work is definitely playing off some fan-service! Hehe. Shallowness aside from the character, 70 layers is a lot to deal with in one sitting.

I enjoy the focal point of the vector, and the small details of the background you placed. I love the colors and it's understated simplicity.

One of my favorites, and will be downloading for sure. Keep up the marvelous work, and please make more of this character! n_n

One month ago I was like, what's this KHR everyone's talking about, and now I can't believe I'm actually fangirling. BUT OMG, Kyoya, he's just pure love. Your clouds are awesome, and more like sweet cotton candy. What can I say, awesome vector and painting skills, the sky looks great with those beautiful shades of green and a bit of mauve I see, the bambus is gorgeous. This surely deserves a SSS.
