I feel like the hair blends a little too well, but other than that it captures Yuuko's unique aura perfectly.

I really like the look. It gives off an air of mystique and it just seems very fancy. I also love the smoke! My only problem is with the word "The Witch", I'm not sure if it would be better just to not have it at all, or simply make it bigger, but at the moment it sort of bothers over there in that corner. Anyway, besides that, it really is a great wall!

I like your composition and use of negative space. :) I think the text seems a bit separate from the wall since it's placed over there and not quite integrated with the design of the smoke/other elements. But good job nonetheless.

Ooh very pretty! I like the black and white, it suits Yuko's character. The silvery smoke really brings the piece together. I agree about the disconnected look of the text, but no biggie. The elegance of the wall is not at all compromised.

I quite like this,I love monochrome walls,as simple as this one... The only thing bugging me is the text...I don't like the text...Its font kinda reminds me of cartoons Walt Disney style....lol...really... I think you should make the text bigger as well... Anyhow...I love the wall +fav

Black/white color themes fit well with any xxxHolic wall. Very simplistic and elegant. If you did decide to put color, I would suggest you maybe only put a hint of another color in her fan or something along with that same hint in the text. But the colors are great as is and capture the grace of her and her smokey lines. Good work~

Love the black and white. It gives it a really old fashioned feel. I also love the Nightmare Before Christmas font!

Great job on the wallpaper. Although I think there's just a bit too much of those fumes of smoke all around maybe if you deleted one or two of em..if possible. Nevertheless I like it for its simplicity and minimalism. It looks like she just popped out of the monitor or something :)

I'm going to assume this is a vector:

While I realize the lines of the original image weren't perfect, there are a few spots you probably should have changed in making your wall. First are Yuuko's eyes--they're wobbly (esp. under her left eye and her eyelashes). Another odd line is that of the bottom of the second "feather" of the fan (it looks accidentally thin). Also, I feel you could have upgraded the image by adding more detail, rather than slightly altering the smoke and extending the image horizontally a little.

While there is not anything particularly wrong with this wall, it doesn't have enough to it to be a good wall; as it stands, it's pretty average.

Nice black and white wall ^_^ Yuuko is one of my fav characters by Clamp and the picture you used in this wall is just great (she's holding the Tengu fan, right?). The vector is great and I like the grey you used for the smoke a lot since it contrast with the pure white you used for Yuuko. I have to admit that I don't like the text very much but, overall, is a good wall ;)

I love black-and-white wallpapers, and you picked a great scan to use, with the smoke curling around her. I'm not so crazy about the text, though; it feels sort of added on as an afterthought rather than part of the piece.

Nice b/w paper, it is difficult to find a good one. Good job!

This is very nice, i love one color style here. The only problem is that lines are jagged, but still i love the wall. Also you could have made one color dominant too. Like color her eyes or her fan. Other than that i faved it

I love how classy this looks, but would have liked to see what you could have come up with in colors. I love yuko and the composition of what you did is very good. I like that you colored the smoke grey and how you simplified the image from what it was originally.
