Soul and Maka love! erm ... I mean, I am not that rabid of a fangirl, though I got to admit the two of them are rather charming together, well that and I don't like any of the other Meister-Weapon pairs from Soul Eater all that much, so Soul and Maka are my favorite by default. Been looking for a nice scan of the two of them to wall, and here it came along. Had to do some turning to make a vertical poster work with a horizontal layout of the wallpaper. The background is obviously inspired by the creepy room where the dance in question took place. I honestly wasn't confident in my drawing skills to make any furniture with the angle that it would have to be at to fit in with the angle of the scan, so I went with the dark fade out into the distance. Added candles shortly before submitting this; I don't think there were any in the actual scene but they kind of fit the image.

i LOVE this wallpaper! I LOVE this scan of SOUL+MAKA!!!!!!!! *squeeeeealllll* I ESPECIALLY LOVE SOUL IN HIS TUX *drool* (and of course with his hair not tied down with a hair band like in the recent episodes)

Very nice wallpaper, Soul and Maka look lovely here, but I think the background is dark a bit. I understand that there can not be bright, but all the same it would be desirable to see warmer atmosphere here. But all the same it very very nice. +fav

I'm not quite fond of the textures you used there...they look kinda strange,especially the ones on Maka's clothes...I think a softer texture would look better,and also not applied to bg...the flame of the candles look really strange textured,and totally unrealistic...
