wowie dark wall^^ i like the character and the vector though the brush still standard, but spare me i even can't use brush well XD if you add something in the background like some fantasy castle with dark cloud etc etc it would catch some dark aura in it

I loved the scan, I was on my to do list XD It's pretty obvious that you used a tablet since the lines are..how to put it, not very acurate, like your hand was shaking, but it's understandable since you don't have experience with it like you yourself said it. Another thing, the shadings on his skin, are pretty messy. Neverthless good job,. nice title XD

I seriously don't like his release, so I won't ever put him on my desktop. But it doesn't change the fact, that the wall is well done ;)

This is pretty darn cool! I've seen a couple of vectors of this scene but your coloring is very nice, it gives Ulqui some dimension. I actually like the lack of background effects, the simple gradient you chose really makes the character stand out. Great work!

well i dont think your tablet lines are horrible, but i think you should at least vector some of the lines that need more accuracy. as for painting, try to stay in the lines, using selection paths help i knew someone would do this scan sooner or later :D

I'd just add a liiitle bit of color (perhaps green to his eyes) and smudge the shading a bit. But I know how hard it is to get used to the tablet and overall, I think you did a great job on this - the vector looks awesome and the simplicity of the wall matches with Ulquiorra's panel in the manga. Nice one! :)

It looks good even though it seems a little simple. More details would have made this even better. Perhaps some kind of background design that could liven up the wall.

yes, so sorry if i didnt comment on this when it was early. yes, tite kubou sure is getting lazy. LOL so i wont blame you. thumbs up for improving-even though i could only see so much black/ ink in the scan. so, if i cant blame you, i might as well blame tite kubou.:P he is one who drew this, and as a fan, we try to improvise and make it look better.. but this is just impossible! too much and black over the scan so ill give a thumbs down for those people who commented on this saying "more details".

This is one of the best Ulquiorra walls, IMO. I think the vector of him commands enough attention that the background doesn't need much more detail.

Darn it, I wanted to wall this :< oh well... His horn look very awkward, it seems you covered them with his hair a bit too much.

I'm not a Bleach fan, but this wallpaper caught my attention because of it's pure simplicity. Nowadays, people tend to overdo wallpapers, making them almost harsh on the eyes. Though, in all honesty, this wallpaper isn't perfect, it's a decent start. I can honestly say also that I won't use this wallpaper for my desktop, to me I find it too dark (I usually like simple walls with a good balance of white and black), but don't be discouraged, there are plenty of others who liked it. This is just my opinion. I'm sure you'll keep improving. ;3 Keep it up.

But I like the wall how it is! Haha. I'm not very familiar with Bleach so I'm not sure if other colors would be fitting but I think with that shade of gray, an extra color might be out of place...

Your thicker sketchy lines draws out the dramatic touch of the wall and work well with his giant wings. Thinner lines or more detail would just unbalance the style of his wings and the (laser beam aura?) black lines that are enveloping him.

I think the overall simplism with sketchiness is a good touch for the style and makes the entire piece have a good (not overdone) grungy feel which is nice :)

I... don't like it. B&W is definitely the most suitable for Ulquiorra, I don't see any problem there, and the vectoring is outstanding. But the background... it kills the whole thing for me. It's too simple. Unfortunately I can't come up with any kind of advice about it, I simply don't like it. If I didn't know the picture was vectored, I would've thought it's a copy+paste. I don't know, there's just this feeling like... something's missing there

I love how the lines are sketchy, but still smooth. The wall's style is similar to that of the scan, but it also has a totally different feel. The face is really creepy (in an awesome way) on full view. I like how there aren't a lot of other effects or anything, too. It's really good minimalism.

As far as I’m concerned, this is a very beautiful wallpaper that is more then complimenting of ulquirrora's class and style and one I wish we’d see a whole lot more of. You took no missteps in this powerful set-up. The vector is faultless, I like the sketchy lines and shading, I think that you have emphasized the areas that need be without going overboard. Choice of background is awesome,to me it's a symbolic aspect of his rise to greatness so to speak. He looks incredibly awesome here and I have no complaints about his transformation anymore. I've grown to like it and you have revised it to perfection, in my eyes anyway. Thanks for the good work!

Cool. I like it that you only used a monochrome scale, as it enhances the atmosphere and supports the idea of an all encompassing shadow really well.

Ulquiorra looks really sinister, which also servs perfectly to set the creepy mood for this wall.

Black and white is definitely his color. You did a nice job by just adding gray. His release form looks very cool. You did a nice job with the contrasting.
