Somehow uenokomachis comment makes me lose my words :D But back on-topic: I think this is somewhat cool. The only thing I (still) dislike is blood all over, and maybe you should make your next paper a bit bigger (for it's usually at least 1600x1200).

I think the blood likes kind of off. The wall looks very clean though. I like the way you made a continuation to the chidori in the background.

You say it feels like its empty? I guess the left side looks like that but its really not that bad. Adding more stuff there would probably look cluttered. You'd either have to add some texture or effect in the background to negate that feeling or align sasuke a little more to the left. You really dont have to though. This already looks pretty good.

Spike arround him is very strong and sharp. It is harmonized with his cold face ready for fight.

maybe reduce the blood opacity and yup too bad it's small, so hope your next wall you make bigger size ---uenokomachi--- nice and weird comment XD

this wallpaper is nice and sasuke look really cool and look angry and want to create a new jutsu ya. sasuke with white clothes is has many light in his body. and this wallpaper has dark background with blue dark colour, make sasuke look very clear and sasuke look very contrasct with the background, the light of chidori is very contrasct with the background. so make it clear too. but why this wallpaper only 1024x768 resolution, i hope it more big resolution. thanks for the wallpaper
