It's very pretty - I especially love the detail you've expanded on in the eyes.

How did you do the eyes likes that? O: They're very fiery and gorgeous.

Only thing I have to say is that I don't think you should have changed her mouth from what is was. A smile just doesn't seem right for Rei.

It's nice to see the saturation you put into this wall from the original image~ The colors bring out the white solids better in the piece!

I think the smile works well for the warm colors of the wall, even if it's not Rei-ish haha (maybe because I keep imagining Rei running to school with a piece of bread in her mouth).

I only wish that the vectoring of the hair and the feathers was a bit more soft - similar to how it's done in the original image. I guess I just see her eyes as so soft that it would be more matching if the hair matched that~

Ooh, it's so pretty. I really like what you did with the eyes - they look so expressive. The feathers are also a nice touch and fill in the left side of the wall nicely. What I like the most are the colors and filters you used here - makes the whole wall look like a painting of her. Nice job! :)

:3 more than one feather unlike someone *cough* me XD Even thou it's simple I like it, her eyes are the best part, so detailed and warm. I havent' seen Evangelion so I'm not fond of the character, but I like the wall. Great use of texture, and the colors remind me of another wall of yours.

This is simply beautiful! The colors are so soft and that solid white hair really works well I agree that the smile is not very Rei-ish but it looks really sweet And those eyes!! They are so detailed and vibrant that it's almost like it they hypnotize me Great job ^^ +fav

The scan is much more charming, but when there is harmony in colors from yellow to violet, from a cold to a warm anbiente warm, I'm like effects.

I think it's much better than the scan, I like her much better with this smile. And somehow the whole wall has such a charming feeling, so peaceful, and calm. Great work.

Nice paitning as always and I like it better with that smile...Rei kinda has too much of a negative atmospher about her.That smile though looks kinda unnatural on Rei ,but its good for a change !! I like the light effect of the original scan more and here the hair stands out too much!!Maby becuz the edges are too sharp!! I would have blurred the edges alil more to contribute to the overall softness of wall and also blending with the BG !!

There's something strange about seeing Rei smile. Though I do believe it looks better than the original scan. At least it seems to fit more as a wall that way.

Solid hair and detailed face...seems like the plan worked because the simplicity of this wall looks great. Although to be fair, it appears simple at first but there are some little complexities that highlight it as a whole. The eyes look insanely awesome. I think the feather do add some depth to the image as well as some complexity.

All in all, this seems like a pretty awesome wallpaper. Not sure theres anything bad i can even say about it.

I'm going to have to test this as my wallpaper for a little bit to analyse its greatness. Testing phase which ultimately leads to my decision on faving or not. I also want to try out various resolutions with it. lol

As usual, I like bright and soft colored wallies so this one caught my eyes for sure X3 and after I full viewed it... Part that impressed me most was her eyes. It's just so lively (my motto in drawing is "Eyes of one make him/her look as if he/she is alive" and I'm glad you did a great job with her eyes).

A smile sure can sooth someone's heart when seeing it and I agree with your decision to make her smile sweetly here. However, when I looked at it from various angles, I found out that her mouth's position's a bit off. Well, I don't really know how to put it but I just feel something isn't right about it.

Anyway, you've done a good job and I really hope to see more from you in the future ^^
