Katekyo Hitman Reborn Insomnia

Wow, from the thumb I thought, another great Vitaa work...but then I full-viewed and was hit unexpectedly by the presence of text! Almsot forgot about Vitaa's love for text! And I love it too! It's really well done. Not that the rest of the wall isn't XD The painting, colours, and design are all wonderful as all your works are ^^ Of course Vitaa must do vitamin water! XD Love the idea of the crop-it-yourself version. Stopped everyone's "no icon room" complaining in it's tracks! XD

I practically had an orgasm Beyond perfection in my point of view, I love everything about it: the painting (what tablet do you have?), the text, THE TEXT!

I would have only wrote that but I like to type essay posts everywhere, ahueahueahueahue. Anyway, I was slouching in my chair for some reason... just felt good. I noticed some text and was like, "Oh cool... looks like she removed a lot of the te-..." Then I stood up into a straight poster and went, "HOLY CRAP." Yes, I saw all the text then lol. Damn LCD monitors and their view range.

To start it off, I like how original your wallpaper is. There are a lot of text spam wallpapers but this one... is done really well. The orange, yellow, and red colors were picked well. I like how abstract the hair looks and has walls of text flowing in there. It's a good font size and you varied size, direction, and flow. It's not just some boring diagonal direction.

Only real thing that bothers me are her eyes. It's just... that something is different about them. I would guess it's because of the blur shading going on. I would prefer them to have harder edges but whatever lol. It won't matter because I will STAB THE EYES OUT IN PHOTOSHOP then I will make that my new desktop. DX

Wow, that flowing subtle use of text is amazing. *_* I also really like your soft painting style and use of red colors. Though to prevent the wall from looking too monotone, maybe some blue or violet accents in the black parts?

Blendings in the hair are not only smooth but also cold. They make the eyes be sharp.

I didn't really see all the detailing until I got the full thing on my desktop, you used text so beautifully here the way it flows through the hair is really stunning. I also think the soft warm colors are soothing to the eye. The 3D facial structure really adds to the depth and over all volume I mean anyone can take a scan vector it and give it a paint job but I think you really make each scan you use your own, I would have never guessed something this unique and great would have came from such a picture. This truly deserves the hot spot right now and I don't say that lightly either. ^_~ Great work girl you really nailed it. A++ and a fav.

While the other wallpaper seemed really nice, this one is rather a bit boring and - in my eyes - not all that impressive. Maybe I'm just overspoiled with good painted wallpapers lately, but this one seems tid better than average.

I agree on the colors and on the overall blending. But I think it shouldn't be important "how much of a scan" one used in order to create a good wallpaper - as long as it's creative and nice. I agree that this wall has good colors and a clean vector.. but seeing how (sorry I don't mean to insult you in anyway) much better walls earn much less attention (and of course no highlight) I really don't understand why this one was highlighted.

Please bear with my critics - I don't say you are not good enough or something. I commented on the other wall back then - and that wall was much more worth becoming highlighted.

I loooove the sort of water color paint going on when you just look at the thumbnail, but when you full view, OMG IT'S TEXT! xD That's so cool~

The hair is < 33 The wall is very smooth and it flows well. :D Well deserved highlight, I think. Only problem is that i wish it were flipped around, so my icons didn't cover the smexy face. xD

This is a great wallpaper. I love the subtlety of the text in the background. I think that makes the wall. The only criticism I've got is in regards to the eye. It looks a bit blurred. But that's it. IT TURNED OUT NOTHING LIKE WHAT I PLANNED D< that sentence is like deja vu for me. it's exactly what i said about my last wall, lol. hmm...i'm beginning to think you're my evil twin or something. (yes, i stand for justice, so you must be the evil one. 8D)

awesome painty-ness for the skin. :3 when i vector/paint, i dread doing skin the most, probably. >__< and i'm glad it turned out dark, lol. it's pretty this way. plus anything with typography gets love from me. doing it well can be such a headache but it's fun (when it turns out right)! everything is very smooth, but the hard edges of the shapes still show up in some placed. they are fine when they are smooth but when there is slight jaggedness, it really stands out, especially when they are right next to soft/blurred edges. :x the black also is a little harsh in some of the bright areas but it's all good. < 3

so +fav. seeing pretty things gives me a bit more encouragement to try and wall.

I love the vectoring of this wallpaper. I also love the colors that you used. Even though the colors are on the reddish-burgundy side, it doesn't scream power, it is more solemn and subtle. I also like the blur on the eye to show tears. I also love the detailed work of putting quotes into the character's hair so it kind of look likes strands of hair.

You can really just see a ton of hard work put into this. The composition was well chosen, I love the whole 'right tug' the image has and I feel like the text really helps balance this by keeping the wallpaper interesting and in depth. Love the choice of font too- the extra spaces between the letters really adds an emphasis for dramatic effect.

This is amazing.. At first I said something like, "Woah.. SSS? Why? It's really good but I don't see anything THAT amazing (no offense meant)" but then I looked at the comments and the scan and I was like, "..................... WTH?! S/He got that picture from THAT scan?! And that TEXT! What is wrong with the world?!" or something along those lines... Anyways, it's a great wallpaper (even though I'm not much of a fan of Squalo). The colors blend really well. The tiny tiny texts fit well too. A shame it can't be a desktop wallpaper. Great job!

This looks really well-put together at first glance and absolutely amazing at second. I love everything about it - the tiny lettering on the dark parts of her hair, the red black contrast, the cut of the original picture. I love how despite the strong contrast even the red looks tired, like even the colours lack energy. It all fits very nice with your overall concept of insomnia.
