When I first saw the Zoku Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei ending, I couldn't resist to make something. I think this is one of the best EDs I have ever seen (the opening of the 1st season is also great xD).
For making this wall, I took this screenshot, vectored/painted everything except the "medical" stuff and added the red blood splatter to give it some colour.
The blood splatters are from here and the font is ITC Avant Garde.
All made in Photoshop CS4, 3 days of work.

Geez, that's a good vector. And I like the fact the blood splatters don't overpower the focus, which is a mistake many people make.

ow nice monochrome wall also nice vectoring from the screen shot. although the blood as the impact is not too great, it looks weird, cause her expression didn't have some "bloody" look^^ if you create the main focus with blue color on her outfit or her eyes it could be nicer, but that's just my opinion overall nice job with this b/w

The blood is pixelated,and some of the lines very sharp,but I do enjoy the composition and the red&monochrome contrast
