nice vectoring there's a color leak by the nose i'm not sure if the blur goes well with the vector though because the vector's all solid but the blur definitely allows focus at the center of the image =]

i just don't liked this much of the colors. But the most part of the idea of your wallpaper is great! Maybe is just because of the BG.. not of my very taste.. =x

Nice vector, there are a few mistakes on her though. The nose, hand, leaks on her flower and kimono. The lines a really thin and hard to see, normally that wouldn't be much of a problem but I think the thin lines are the cause of all the leaks. Try bolder lines, much easier to color in and see :3 Cool effects, though some fireworks would've been cool to see as well~ Other than all that, coolies job ^^

I think if the radial gradients that you did in the pink and yellow were removed I'd like the wall much better, they stand out too much off the background a look a little odd.

I like the background, the colored light effects slightly blurred really gives it to a touch of a Hanabi festival. And you sure know that the little color leaks on the vectors can be easily repaired :P +Fav

Her cool face is very charming and clean. Her character is harmonized with purple Kimono and background.

I guess you like to blur a lot, eh? 8D I like the colors and focus on her, but it's hard to tell what kind of scene in the bg it is with all that blur. It looks kinda like fireworks, but it's hard to tell, especially considering her pose - (like why is her arm up like that?). I also think her hair could use some more highlights along its edge, like how the kimono does and how it does in the original scan, because it kinda fades into the bg without those defining highlights.

the blur thing doesn't quite fit with this style of character drawing,. or its just that the location of the blurring wasn't quite right.,

for me i would say that the her face should be in the focus., so that you create an effect of her looking back., ??

ah ok some vector work from you. i like the hair, and the kimono is nice. theres a slight color leak as already mentioned. i think the bow shading is a bit strange, i guess it wasnt on the original scan but make it curvier i guess. the radial gradients as someone mentioned are a bit out of place, i think they lack the detail of the rest of the bg. the yellow lights need to be framed with some orange, it will make them glow and look less gray =] and well the pink ones dont have any detail at all. i guess my over all advice for doing blurry kinds of bgs, since you seem to do them pretty well, is that layering colors for lights and stuff really helps bring depth to the overall image. i really think you are going to do such cool things with blurred backgrounds so keep it up and look forward to new work :D
