Hi =)

After a silent period, I finally got around to create a new wallpaper! A different one this time, no Final Fantasy ;), I wanted a bit of variety (^ 3^)

When I first laid eyes on this beautiful scan of Touka Gettan:

I just knew I wanted to create a wall with it :) I loved the illustration itself, but I wanted to change it to something completely different, and this is what I ended up with =) The title 'Haru', means 'Spring' in Japanese, and just fitted the feel perfectly (~_~)

Tech specs; Time: _ About 6 hours _Layers: Well over 30 ;) (Don't dare to count...)

I love the title you used, and the subtitle. It's really meaningful. I would say that the background is really appealing and suited perfectly with theme. Oh, and the scan is quite cute.

Beautiful wallpaper, which seems to resemble parchament on one side.. yet rather a wallpaper on the other. I like the fact that you didn't use too many colors here. The text isn't annoying either - which is good too. Somehow the girl is just a little too crisp for my taste. I had to see if you cut it out correctly - maybe you should have used a little softer mask (meaning "feather" the selection a bit).

Nevertheless it really looks great - you did a good job on a non-FF-wall :P. dS.
