Yeah, why is he overglowed? xDD I think that the shading on his inner clothes is a little bit strange, but I like the perspective and the clouds though =) And I like the way you placed your signature~

at last someone has created a wall from the latest OP XD good work on creating an alternative design but there's too much glow going on but overall good effort.

Definitely get rid of so much overglow, since it's not really necessary. I personally don't know if I like the font used, but that's probably just me. Anyway, great job on the wallpaper!

i agree with the glowing thing, but it's not that bad, really.

now remember, even if he is "fragile", he's a CAPTAIN! and he's been a captain for a really, really, REALLY long time. so he's strong too.
