I don't know if it was intentional or not, but I see some slight problems with the perspective of the fence and the sidewalk, and the text looks a bit weird to me like that but other than, I like the monochrome colors of the wall and the vector also looks nice. Not bad! :)

good work on the vector, though there are some areas that need to be touched up on the background but good effort!

Not too bad, but the shadows are the biggest issue here. Compare the angle of the shadows between the signboards, and character in the foreground, the difference is EASILY noticeable, and thus the first thing which caught my eye.

The overall perspective, as previously pointed out by @alenas is rather awkward. Not only that, but you made the mistake of placing the character with one foot on a step, and one foot off. Naturally, you'd expect a person to bend their knee in order to be standing upright with each foot on different levels, however as you can see, your character is standing completely straight (knees not bent) on different levels of ground, and this may give others the impression that one of her legs is longer than the other. I suggest moving her so that she's standing on flat ground.

All in all, this wallpaper has quite a number of flaws, and it's composition is rather bland, and could be improved on. (in fact, I don't quite feel as if much effort has been put into it, or not nearly enough effort)

I apologize for the blunt and brutally honest comment. Do make some room for future improvement.

Your wall is simpler in design, but also interesting in his way, meaning mostly the perspective and color combination. Maybe could be better when the character would have less contrast, just keeping the blue part. Also the same street sign repeates, which is weird in such a small distance. There is a serious flaw in the BG, coloring & outline, near the building, pls fix that.

nice attempt., although i would prefer more objects., that might help with the perspective., like cars maybe.,
