Hatsukoi Limited is sort of a guilty pleasure. I love the manga. So here I am, walling on AP and making a fool out of myself.

It's a simple vector of two manga scans. There is no such scene from the manga, so I mashed up two separate scans. I added some halftone texture to make it look like a panel from some old comic book.

I used flourish brushes from seleneheart and lineart brushes from Jimro.

Revision History:

-changed the overall hue of the work as per Siamese's suggestion (thanks, mate!) -changed the texture to some popular old paper style texture on DeviantArt. The author said no comment or linkback was necessary so I promptly forgot who the author was. Gomen. -removed the yellow gradient

Yup, I vectored this, 1 hour for the vector and another hour for everything else. It's a pretty simple wallpaper and I don't expect a high rating for this. But I love the series, I was sad that it had to end and I think Yamamoto falls under "beyond godlike" level. So I had to wall it.

P.S. The characters are Yamamoto and Arihara.

Oooh I like this a lot. *o* I just love the clean simplicity and colors; the text is a perfect touch. :3 And the toning (I believe that's the term... the word seems to have escaped me for the moment. xD) texture is very cool.

A user before me commented on the apple green color. I couldn't agree with her/him more :) Nice choice for bg color. I'm not a fan of captions, but it's present is not distracting at all, so no worries. Also, I love this composition. Very good idea :) Will use this wall in the near future! Thanks for your work!
