Wow, totally awesome! I'm also working on improving my skills with the pen tool, it's hard but so totally worth it. I like the happy family vibe in this wall, considering some of the series is, to me, a little darker (though I never finished the anime or picked up the manga). Anyway, amazing job, and thanks for 1024x768, I think I'm the only one here who still uses it, haha.

nice picture and you fixed the sky perfectly :) but again, I think you should change the colors to make it look more flat - after all it's wallpaper, something meant to be the bg of your screen and in my opinion the shot is too much like family photo, you should make it to have more space

I saw the original picture many years ago when I was in China, back when the original FMA series was airing. I had never been able to find it again, and so it makes me so happy to see that someone has vectored it. :)
