It's not dislocated, he's just standing at a diagonal angle in relation to the viewer, so the closer shoulder is slightly foreshortened.

First of all, I must admit that Histugaya is my MOST favorite character in the history of anime. I totally love your wallpaper. Oh my gosh..it is freaking amazing. I mean Hitsugaya has a new shirt and it's green to top it off. I really love how you did his hair and the background. I think the background is actually quite unique. Lastly, his shirt is freaking KAWAII~
