very nice, Now, as I said in my other wallpaper, is a wallpaper of Trauma Center: Second Opinion.

wow good job nice concept. Uhm, is it just me or are the characters a little blurred. It would have been nice if there was blood on top of the scalpel and other instruments (XD) anyways keep up the good work

Anyway, your wall is OK, the background is really cool. As pagkaing said though, the characters are a bit blurry and so are the photos, tools and blood. Would've been better if they were sharp. All in all you did a nice job, Trauma Center has really nice artwork and I think you did great making a wall in that style.

Hmm, I like your style of making these TC walls. They're simple yet cool to look at. This one's simpler than your first one. The thing that caught my eye is the blood and the surgery tools.

Looking good! Although for some reason, the blood looks like grape juice to me^^" (Maybe that's just me.) It's simple, but really clean. The surgical tools are really clean, and the outline of it is smooth. Good blending too, although the characters look a bit blurred. That said, this is a really nice wall. Can't wait to see your next one! :)
