I LOVE THE DETAILS ON THIS VECTOR. I like how you used different line widths, and your lines are really smooth and flawless, no choppy lines as far as I can see save for that tiny jar in line flow on Hibari's face, about halfway from the top of his mouth.

Very nice- for a first vector, it's pretty awesome.

Although you could do a bit more shading- that is, have more shadow 'levels' i.e base, midtone, shadow & highlight.

Overall, I really love your vector save for a few easily fixed flaws.
