Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle Take This Dance

The vector, made by the awesome vitaamin, is very clean and would make a good wallpaper. My problem with this wallpaper, however, is the foreground's dislocation from the background. From far away the background and forground go together seemlessly, but up-close it's easy to see that they are to seperate degrees of light, texture and feel. They just don't fit so well together. Perhaps some filters and textures could fix that? The windy filter is also uneeded?

I understand that they are likely in "motion", but that doesn't have to be highlighted by a the filter. I look forward to seeing more from you none-the-less!

I agree with Hanon in that the background and the vector do not match each other well. For example, take the currently highlighted wallpaper made by shigemitsubaki; you can see that the background was made exclusively for the characters, with the characters' colors and feel in mind. They are in the same style and fit together seamlessly.

The vector here is lovely and wonderfully made, but the stock background just doesn't fit it. Stock photographs like this rarely fit together with vectors of anime style art since they're just so different. You could remedy this by vectoring or painting (or both) the background in a similar style as the vector, but as it is now, it simply looks like you've pasted a nice vector onto a stock photo.

The concept and positioning is nice, so if you put more work into it, I'm sure it will pay off. :)

It doesn't really look like they're dancing but it's still beautiful. There are so few Tsubasa images that aren't beautiful.

It doesn't look like dancing...i agree but this whole wallpaper is adorable! Sakura and Shayron glowing is cute and the ball room fits perfectly! good job!

It looks awesome as thumbnail...! I don't really get the feeling of them dancing, in some ways yes. I don't know if this works, try using effects like motion blur or wind distort. It might help in looking more dancing like. Background, it's pretty, but doesn't really blend. Anyway, it's still a nice try. +Fav!~

While it is a little jarring to see real photo and anime character I think the colors blend well enough for this to look pretty good! Good job!

Very intresting wallpaper. It gives a rich and royal feel because of the gold and castle theme. To me, some of the effect and see through part gives me a ghostly feel aswell!

I love the colors! And the royal, antique looking backdrop. Whether they were meant to be dancing or not in the original picture, it's definitely not a far stretch to see them as dancing now! I personally love your title for it ^^ Good job!

Sakura, Syaoran and Mokona are happy in the paper. The background is a good scene for the wallpaper. And the use of colour is very good in this wallpaper. This is really a nice looking wallpaper. :D

Love the subtle light effect across the wallpaper and also the BG. The BG used pictures from Victorian Age halls which is a nice addition since the characters are wearing ball/prom/royal clothes. The BG is also blurred so that more attention is put toward the characters. Though, the BG also stands out and fits the wallpaper well. Lighting and coloring are fine. I did notice some light/ambiance glowing from Syaoran and Sakura's hair though which is nice.

Though, the wallpaper lacks any text to compliment it. Thinking that it doesn't have much room, then its ok.

In all, this is really a nice wallpaper with the ambiance feeling into it. <3!! ^_^

Color do treatment, the overall look is very warm. The background is the magnificent palace, people very well. Sakura's eyes uncomfortable.
