Wow, hard to believe that BG was made out of scratch XD The BG colours fit quite nicely with her costume =D Maybe some text would have done it even more justice, in my opinion but then again it might turn out too cramped if you did add some, so yeah... ^^

nice, I think the light effect isn't fit the wallie that much but it still make this wallie look better, the background is looking cool with the battleship control room view but it will be better if the colour is a little bit brighter, but still this wallie is fascinating. Great job

oh my. this is a lovely wall. the muted colors all work together very well, and although I can't say she looks like she's wilting, I think you did a great re-cg of her mouth. it suits the pensive look on her face - it certainly isn't happy, nor is it uberangsty, just a little sad, a little tired. I love the background, it's very well done - overall I think it's an excellent job. :D *favs it*

I normally don't like Gundam Seed (or anything that has to do with it), I find that its plot is dry, and the english voice acting (I haven't heard the Japanese voice acting) uninspired, but this wallpaper caught my eye.

The texture of the wallpaper has a "Paper" look to it, and the colors are good, but pretty bland, I would have spent time making them more vibrant.
