I would have automatically saved this to my desktop and favourite'd if it were not for two things.

Firstly, the reflection looks really unrealistic and looks painted because it's too opaque. Try making a gradient mask on the top and bottom to give it more of a reflectional look.

Secondly, the text is superfluous and is inconsistent with the rest of the wallpaper. Maybe you should add a textless version?

It would be awesome if you fixed these things because I really want this on my desktop. :)

Well I don't know how it looked before but it looks really cool right now, there's a little blur with the outer glow and whatnot but I love it anyway, simple and cool. I just wish there was a background to go with it!

About the reflection I am not sure about the opaque but if you blend the reflection with some upwards gradient so it might look more real like it's fading of the Surface

And about the text, i just don't like that kind of text on all the wallz

Man I wish I could read more Saiyuki, I'm stuck on vol. 8 and my country's manga publishers aren't churning the manga out any faster :( Anyway, this is one beautiful vector, as expected from you. The colours (or *artistically* lack of it) are really nice :)))

The face reflection in a sword is simply put epic XD I love this kind of walls, especially when they're beautifully designed and monochrome with a touch of color is also a great visual effect. His hair must've been a hellish trial XD so many outlines D: I wanted to see the version with text, since this one looks a bit empty it could use some text in the background. Maybe some lyrics that fit, pasted with different opacity levels, fonts (but nothing too fancy) and it could be a great background filler ^^

nice vector but as stated above i would suggest you fix the reflection, a couple of gradient fades and apacity adustments should do the trick, cause as it it now it looks kinda unreal but other than that its an ok wall

Well I didn't catch the parts to be revised, so I think this is perfect I really like it when two characters are shown, one in the flesh and the other a mere reflection. Wallpaper like this give the mind a nice exercise xD And another thing that makes this wall so refreshing is that it revives a seemingly lost series, Saiyuki -- makes me think back to primary school days.. aah yes, those good old days...

yay for tinted grays! i have to say it makes this wall look so much more alive i would have loved to see the version with text revamped (i didnt see the original) but i really like the idea also i think that with his eyes being the only colored part of this wall, it could use more depth + detail +fav

Very nice idea. I wish there was a gradient over Goku's reflection, however, to give it a more realistic look. Also, I'm kinda sad that Goku's eyes are red, instead of his normal golden, since this is what makes him so unique in the storyline.

It's very clean and sharp, with a style that fits the series. I like it without text. With the sharp lines and contrast in the image, the plain background also suits it really well.

This is a nice wallpaper, but why are Goku's eyes red? Aren't they supposed to yellow-gold? However, I do like the fact that they're colored.. it makes him look that much more intense. I also like the idea of using a reflection because it allows you to add things without making the picture look too cluttered.. also, it just looks clever. The pseudo-monochromatic coloring is nice.. it brings just a touch of emotion without ruining the seriousness of the mood.
