I love the gangster theme going on. Especially the choice of macho-Chopper rather than cute-Chopper. Though I believe Sogeking would have suited the image more than Usopp though :P

It is interesting. They have a different vibe about them that just makes it cool. I do think the pin stripe suite is a nice choice and so is the texture.

Oh yes, this scene. 8D Truly a great moment. Nice painting! I bet it was quite the learning experience. :3 The steam turned out nicely. :D If I were to note anything major, the colors seem a little flat and his skin not as shiny as it could be - the pink looks more like a regular skin tone rather than the shiny Gear 2 kind. For this I would take advantage of ps's blending modes to get it just right. It's nice to see more One Piece walls!

REALLY think this peice would be so much more powerful if you applied more contrasted curves to your center piece and lightened the sky ever so slightly. his skin also needs some more yellowish tones, right now its too flat + pink, esp around the highlights/where his muscles are defined.

but aside from those issues, i love your simplified brushstrokes and the way you've warped the background due to "heat wave" or whatever its called (conduction? possibly? lol idk). i also want to point out to anyone else drawing buildings to follow your example and roughen up the lines a bit, it will still look neat but will seem more like it fits.

good job with the recg, would like to see you tackle something more challenging with the things you've learned from this wall

I search for better wallpaper than this(for my desktop background), but never find one @.@. i dont know why but this wallpaper is perfect for OP in my opinion. it will be perfect if there complete crew there.
