Kiba in the shippuden time-skip is so much more awesome than in the chunin arc--and this pic of Kiba and Akamaru is great (hence the desire to use this scan).
At first I was going for a grunge or retro look, but somehow as the wall progressed it became more random and stat-oriented (almost like a data book).
I stuck with the red from Kiba's fangs, grey, white and black, since those are Kiba's color themes (or at least his outfit's).
I played around with some textures for the background, and spent some time creating the random red chakra/claw-mark swirl and grunge effects.
EDIT: Changed up the color scheme to that the greys and whites are the main bg and that the red are more of the swirly things...

I love this wallpaper so much, the color scheme is just perfect for Kiba. You choose a great picture of Kiba and Akanaru for this wallpaper two.
But I think the thing I like most about this wallpaper is the red chakra/claw-mark swirl, it looks so awesome and leads my eye to Kiba and Akamaru right away.

Nicely done, creates the idea of a kind of CIA-archived-file. Scan could blend better and more smoothly into the background in my opinion.

Hmmm....I do like this a lot, and I do enjoy the effect provided by the...er...red swirly things. To me, they're almost like claw marks, which go along well with the footprints and definitely do lead my eyes right to Kiba and Akamaru. However, I do see some problems. Well, I suppose they could be called "issues", not problems. It seems that, although the scan quality is very high, the scan does not appear to mesh well with the background. I think that you could solve this issue probably by putting on the edges of the scan the same effect that you put on the background (with regard to clarity, I mean). I also think that you could probably change the font of the text to make it fit your theme better.
