Nice vector but I think it doesn't fit in with the background, why don't you just make another background with anime style, or add some textures to the character ? Because, when I look to the paper, it makes me feel empty, I don't know why, maybe you didn't placed the girl in the right place, maybe its me. It's your first paper and I'm impressiated, I'm waiting for better work from you, you did well as a start, +FAV

ooooh good job~ from the preview the right side's a little empty but it's actually alright in fullview pretty much i like the shape and color use ;3 my only problem might be that maybe it'll look better with out the scratch textures in the back so everything's just smooth

C.C in the wallpaper is not only cute but also pure. It may be the image of her true nature. The colors are really clean and clear. Arts in the background in blue are harmonized with her attractiveness.

They're really nice the vector and bg but they kind of don't gel well together. That's just my opinion but other than that, well done!

The background is pure love, the vector is also fabulous, but they don't blend. The textured and colorful background excludes the neatly vectored CC. To make them blend, you could use the same texture you did for the bg over CC and make some of those colorful shapes intrude over her hair. The funky bg demands a funky CC as well XD

The textures alone actually impress me. I love the colors that it has. If only the scan fit better, then we'd have an awesome wallpaper!

This looks much better full-viewed...I love the scribbly texture in the back...I do think C.C's bold outlines are too dark,maybe you should make them a bit softer with a transparent texture over her...anyways,nice work on the wall,it's really interesting^^
