I Like the background, goes perfect with the Hokage theme. However, if i could make only one critique mark, i think it would have been an even sweeter wall if the Kubi eyes were lit up red. Brings the background more to life. Unless thats the fox's behind we are looking at! Can't really tell though? ? :/ ?

the moon is nice but irrelevant.

the kyuubi is nice but you cant distinguish the head. (looks like a mass of tails on a body)

the yondaime is nicely done (i have a weakness for yondaime >_>) but the title does not quite tie the elements together.

the colors are a bit too much. i think you can redo this with RED as a theme: red outline of the kyuubi is very nice, dont change it to some emanating red/fill-in. the red at the bottom of yondaime's cloak is good, and you can change the moon to red for akatsuki (which will make it relevant in effect). in that case, the yellow/orange chakra coming from yondaime may have to go, even tho its really nicely done.

i enjoyed critiquing! i think its not a finished product, but has lots of potential for refinement.

I believe you that extracting the character was a pain but I think it was worth the effort because the result is very cool. The background is not that great but that's not important because the emphasis is put on the character.

I really like the coloring on this wallpaper,all the bright colors really reflect Misuzu's nice, kind behaviour, good job!i can see your style of wall is with high brightness. sometimes it's not good at all. It makes the wall a little blurry, not sharp. that's what i think.

The pictures used to make this wallpaper suit it very well. I also like how the 4th is glowing yellow almost like engulfed in flames because it matches is nickname which was The Yellow Flash.

Pretty good... the fire thing around Yondaime may be a bit much. Excellent job on the Kyuubi - the silhouette with the red outer glow created a very nice image that blended well with the sky and landscape backgrounds.

Unfortunately I can't use it for a wallpaper with my 1600x900 resolution, but great job none the less.
