Beautifully done! The detail on the hair is immediately visible once you see the full picture, you must have spent so much time doing every strand like that and it came out wonderfully. I love the sunset-esque feel of the background, and all the colors of the vector and bg blend together really nicely. I feel somehow the signature is a bit obtrusive, but maybe it's just cuz your vector's so nice I don't want to see anything on it :) Great job, +fav!

I have been working in sai lately also to practice for a painting wall D:. I probably haven't worked on a wall in weeks as usual. I have been trying to find some scans to work between so I won't get bored but was unsuccessful.

I really like how all the strands of hair were layered. What really attracts me is how the skin was brushed and the color of it.

I also agree with the temple thingy - it should be bigger! Or there should be more, or heck even a sakura tree in the bg too. I also agree about the sky too XD skies are lighter near the horizon and darker at the top, unless the sun's shining there. But great improvement in quality from your last walls! Not the other way round. I adore the hair the most. < 3 I can't ever get that strand by strand look to look right. But you did an awesome job on it. Love the shading on the skin and the clothes too. The only thing is the background is too empty. Like you can work on more of the colors of the sky and make it look more like it's sunset, and maybe add some clouds....then add more buildings there. Like the temple and the ferris wheel kinda stands out there on its own.

Nice bishie wall overall anyway. You should make a Hijikata wall next! Love that guy. < 3

*bleeding* The strands in the hair are so nice and clean! And your painting on the whole is quite nice too! But I think the colors could blend together some more. Like his scarf is cold colored, and I think it would match everything better if it were the same color as the scan.

*dying* Also, I think that there should be a bit of purple in the background instead of the green, though the purple should be at the top and the yellow should be at the bottom because it's evening.

Lastly, I think the lines would blend more with the BG and your painting if they were dark brown instead of black. Still, great job on this!

Oooh the hair is < 3 and the skin is just gorgeous. (The ear seems to be a tiny bit to much... I suppose it would be gold, making it not look like skin. o-o) The background bothers me... well, the land part. It actually looks better with just the simple sky. (And simple is okay since the character is so gorgeous. :3)

But the bg is very clear and this house or what is does? not have good aspect goes out exceeding, he(she) lacks imagination.

The style is not agreeable for my but (he,she) is acceptable. Since lately the wallers do faces and heads and it is for my this style seems to be boring but others can take it as an art.

I'm not familiar with the series but the wall looks wonderful! I like the soft colors and the vectoring is done really well. I have been tempted to get Sai because I have seen some good tuts for it. I at least need to get corel painter instead of just photoshop anyway. P.S. This wall makes me curious about the series. <3

With all the shading and colouring on the main character (Saito Hajime), the building and ferris wheel in the background look really flat. But HE looks amazing; you could have left out the other stuff and it'd still be great!
