Here's a vector i did of my favorite character in Index, Kanzaki Kaori. Ah, can't Railgun start sooner? Or Index 2 because i want to see more of it. Oh well I hope that you'll like this vector at least.

Actually i agree with you. :P This was one of the first vectors i ever made, so only in that aspect, it's terrible according to me right now. One day I might redo it, but unfortunatly, I don't have the time for it right now.
