****this took a while.. made like 5-6 versions and posted 4 revisions in SZ. You can find that submission here: http://www.animepaper.net/gallery/wallpapers/sessions/item98026/
So I tried to change all of the things that ppl found odd, weird or bad :P Vectored it a little bit also. This is the final version (I hope): No brushes. Textures ftw.

Hmm, background seems plain and the font placement doesn't seem to be very vivid at all... xD;; But the color theme seems nice.

Osaka is probably my favorite character in Azumanga Daioh. Any wallpaper depicting her is good with me.

Ayumu's proportion seems a little off other than that I like the simplicity of the paper

To me, Osaka doesn't seem to match the background; color-wise and the positioning.
