It's certainly very pretty. Love the blue and red contrast. Excellent background. Although the contrast between the background and main figure is so great, you manage to make the figure blend in quite well into the surroundings. Great job.

You could afford to have more of a glow on your snowflakes, and make the wall softer overall. Also, I think it would look a better if you have the birds flying behind the trees rather than in front of them. The character looks very nice, but I think she could be blended in much better with the BG (especially using the aformentioned softening and blurring of the entire wall). I like your text and your layout, it could just use a bit of work.

This is a really good picture and it looks like something you would put on a card.

There's something spooky about this composition, very Red Ridinghood. Makes you kinda wonder what she was doing out in the woods in the middle of the night, but I digress. There's a great contrast between the red of her cloak and the deep blue of the night, makes the character stand out even more. The atmosphere is great as well, very dark and foreboding.

Beautiful job creating the dark winter-y atmosphere, and the text work is great :) I agree with Asahi about the birds... I wouldn't get rid of them because they fill the wall up, but they really should be up in a clear sky or behind the tree like redxxii suggested instead of in front of the trees... I'd also suggest gaussian blurring the girl a bit more because that pattern in her coat reminds me more of scan lines than anything else... ^^;; I also wonder why there's a glowing outline down a part of her hood o_O Apart from that... really nice job with this wall :D

Looks very good. When brightened up a bit, some flaws show up. Edges of scan are evident and the birds don't fit as well. Good colors, just polish some of the edges, maybe remove birds, etc.

i like the fog from her breath that you added in, but at the same time i think it doesn't look realistic enough =/ i also like the birds you added into the wallpaper; the only problem i have with them is that they look a little unrealistic based on the size of the trees in the background versus the size and placement of the birds, because they look like they're in front of the trees when they should look more in between the trees. I think they should also blend with the background better given that the birds are stark black while the background is more of a shadowy blue. But other than that i really like the general idea of the whole wallpaper. looking at it makes me feel like im actually there and feeling the cold. good job =)

I lreally like it . The entire look is very soft and I love the swirling feeling of the flecks of snow echoed in the swirls under the text and in her breath. I LOVE the background. The birds alone could have made it look a little scary, like haunted forest, but all the lights calms it down and adds a *mystery-effect*. I like the cold breath of the girl because it ties her to the background.

I reallly like, the dark aspect is really well done and the crows (I believe) Flying into the forest is really well placed.

I like the panoramic view. It really lets you look out into the distance and take note of all the little details and effects. For some reason, I like the way the fence looks... don't quite know why, but it looks really nice. The character also fits in nicely with the environment, not to mention the clothing she is wearing really matches her color scheme & the environment (i've seen walls where an scantly clad chick is in the snow and doesn't look the slightest bit cold...). Heh, nice job.

OK even though this wall isn't even with my resolution I don't care, because it's breathtakingly beautiful. I love the image, and the scenery it induces. Simple background yet very very effective in bringing out the stillness of a snow scenery. Favourite!

Wow....I really like this wall. Everything is so well done, the crows, the snow, the dark & blue forest, the text (and the thing under it), everything mixes in so well. But the part I really like is the fur, the black fur is ok, but it's the red fur that catches my eye and the cold breath is amazingly well done. Definitely putting this a fave.

OMG I just found this wall and it make me so jealous! Its nearly perfect! *whines* I wanna make a wall like that.... The only problem with it is that her face is too bright for the setting. Although I'm sure it would have ruined the pic to darken it. It's beautiful though. Great job!

The girl matches the background very well, and I like the design below the words. As for the birds, I think they should have lighter tones to show that they are faraway from the girl. (That's just my opinion)

A very nice winter scene! I like the background a lot with the trees against the dark blue background. Really captures the feel of a winter's night somewhere really cold! I like the birds too. They look great. The scan of the young lady is very appealing too! I love the fur coat and the way her face is lit up like that. Great work! Favorite!
