Actually at first this is just my college duty XD the theme is red white and patriotic coming from this scan then vectored like thisnothing much to be explained but for this one i have to use photoshop cause the demand is just like that >.<, and man this is the first time i had file that big in my harddisk over 140mb /(>C<)\ so thanks for @kuryuki who give me some suggestion especially bout the clouds, sorry granny my best effort for clouds is just like this T_T. so if you feel like to comment or critique, let me hear for fixing and also my deadline V_V arigatou^^

why i have over 140mb files all the time whaa that red's really attention capturing :D well ur clouds got the message down it's pretty i really like it that u made the vector overall darker to emphasize where the light's from if i'd give any advice it'd be, more blue on the left side and was the red suppose to be a flag??

EDIT: oh! now i understand wat u meant by deadline

Really love the whole theme of patriotism. Especially the background of Indonesia's flag. My only dislike is the excessive text. Everything is nice, including the vector. Siap pasang bendera! +Fav!~

Great image choice! Love the clouds at the bottom too, nice work. Some of the vertical texts looks a bit pixellated on the left for some reason, but I can get over it! Thanks for uploading in high resolution too! Much appreciated!
