this is simple. First I made a vector of lines. I confess that I considered doing all in vector, but I thought something different would be better. So I put some effects, painted with the brush decreases the tone of colors a little and that was it.

and maintenance many times throughout the year.

I don't really think I like the blue part of the wall,as well as the black blurred shadows...it's somehow not fitting to the lines in my opinion...and they seem low quality to me... Also,I think the lines need sharp edges to make a more sketchy feel to it...

I think they are the boy and the girl of 'She, the ultimate weapon.' She is really pretty and cute. However she can not avoid her fate as an ultimate weapon. Vector and colors in the wallpaper are very simple and clean. There may be the couple's last world of peace where they found.
