Great concept! I think your rain is really good! Some gaussian blur clone of the layer overlaid would have made it look really cool! Those lines are really nice going around her, nice attention to detail! Good work!

The scan doesn't really match the background. It's more sketchy while the rain effect is too clean. (Never use filters in their default way - learn to duplicate layers and blend/layer masks to hide.)

Also, notice your background fades to a darker color towards the bottom - the same should happen on the girl. Light comes from above means her feet get dark. Work on that.

Raindrops are falling on her... cynical face. She is changing serious scene to funny. Light in blue background is very wondeful and a little strange. Her smile is saying what are you watching me.

Rain is usually beautiful by its self. Even more so now. Nice

The concept is really nice and you did a really nice work with the rain.... i like it ^_^ and the scan looks nice with the colors you use in the background but if you improved a little the outline of the scan i think it could looks a lot better ^_^

Very nice. I like the string like things winding down around her neck and then her arm. I'm not sure if this was part of the original image or not but it adds to the malicious intent in her eyes.

Haha! Juvia is one unique person and this is certainly one unique wallpaper! There aren't many Fairy Tail wallpapers unfortunately and most of them aren't very impressive. But this one is an exception, it clearly stands out (despite there are only about 20 Fairy Tail wallpapers XD) and I really like the concept and how it in someways reflect on her personality and in other ways completely goes against it. Like for example, I never expected to see her so bare XD, and it truly is amazing. Thank you very much for making and uploading this! One last thing to say: RAIN IS BEAUTIFUL as is JUVIA LOXAR. Gray has no idea how lucky he is... :S
