Hi there :),
it has been a long time again since I've submitted anything. The reason is I'm working on new techniques (they aren't new, but they are new for me) and thus one of my next wallpapers will probably show that off.
I just got around this nice [strike]Lineage 2[/strike] Lineage 1 scan (thanks for the correction very much :D!) and when I saw that perfect CG I just had to wall it. It didn't get out of my mind during the whole day of work and so I started at about 9PM and now it's about 3AM... gonna upload this and leave for bed.
Long story short:Technical side: just about 25 layers. Reworked the scan, extended/changed the hair a bit, changed lighting to fit in better into the scene, used a stock photo once again, added some glare/some sparkles (I really like those ^^), added the castle into the mountain.
I decided to use a similar effect I used on my Saber wallpaper, just that this time I didn't just switch it on and that's it; instead I used again layer masks to pan between different layers of the same image (just with different filters on it). It's really nothing special except for some hair retouch, which I did with my tablet - since I need that in almost-perfection for my other wallpaper.
Little title explanation: I had actually quite a few titles in my mind. But since I went for showing a dreamy scene, which might just as well become a memory of this elven girl. This scene is some kind of farewell and she's kinda looking back at the castle she came from and now is leaving for conquering the world :D... or something of that sort... Anyway: have fun interpreting it and I hope you like it as much as I did like making it.

cause of those sparkles in the background i got feeling it just rained over there haha if it wasnt what you imagined, i suggest you remove some of them :D other than that, nicely done, i love the girl's image quality + yay 1000th comment haha ♥

This looks almost like a scan except for the excessive star brushing that only covers the right side for some reason... I would have used an assortment of brushes rather than the same one that seems to be quite visible at repeating itself. (Or you can change the size of the brush.)
I would have liked to see the original scan to compare. If this isn't mostly a scan, then good job. ^__^

I actually really like this wall. The scene looks perfect with just the right amount of focus on the main character. Am liking the lighting of the wall as well. Although I must agree with the Phoenix's comment...the sparkles are a bit too much, and we can only give more constructive comments if we could compare with the scans you worked with.

Wow, pretty nice one. The quality is awesome, and if you're a Lineage fan, it's a plus :P. One of the few nice Lineage wallpapers.

Wow! this is my favorite one of the year! I didnt know we could make wallpapers like this one.lol my bad hehehe! I how it has a 3D fantasy look to it,and it also has the right colors for everything to look right and also blend in. Wonderful job divStar! C=

I like how she's colored for the background! The background is just a little too blurry for me (makes me dizzy lol) but it still works. Yay for CG wallpapers!

Wow that's some 3D graphics hahaha.
The girl is really of high quality... it's very realistic. She really stands out. The BG isn't to my taste but over all it's realistically nice!

WOW!! This is a great wallpaper!! She looks so sexy as all the Lineage girls but I love the color you´ve put in this. It glows! Nicely done!! The background is a different history.. a bit LQ. But it´s ok. Good work. Thanks for this.
