Uohohohoho! Long time no see (2 months, to be exact). After such "long" break, it's kinda easy to get inspiration and start working on anything :P I got the idea couple days ago, but my extreme laziness didn't allow me to get to it ;P It's usually like that with vectors, but once I start, the rest goes smoothly :) So, I finished vectoring Sheryl yesterday and submitted it to gallery immediately, cuz I wasn't sure when I'll get the "strenght" to do the wallpaper itself :P And here, it turned out that I made it right in the morning :P
Back to topic. I wanted to somehow get that "funky" feeling to it, so I tried to make it as colorful as possible. I think I succeded in gaining such effect (well, I, at least, like it :P). The whole wall is nothing more then a "simple" brush work and pretty vector in the middle. Originally, I also planned to put the text "Listen to my song" somewhere, but it didn't look that good and I personally prefer textless walls, so I dropped the idea.

May have been better without the border around her. Also, because she is a vector, the background seems even blurrier. Also, can't say the faded wings were necessary.
But yes, you've got that funky feel to it...

The vector is really well done - nice and bright to go with the concept. The bright colour and slightly revealing clothes of Sheryl combines with the no less bright stagelight effects you made with the brushes to get that poppy-sexy feel which marks her character. I actually think, since the title is so apt, it would go very well somehwere in the wallpaper.
I did wonder if the wings were inspired by Sheyl airforce-inspired outfit, but have to admit I am not sure if the wallpaper wouldn't look better without them.

wow i love this,cause of colors XD i love her as well XD i suggest you try using filter>blur>surface blur or some texture on background some parts look low quality to me, but nonetheless ill fave this XD

Her slong is flowing love and peace in the universe. Bubbles of lights with wonderful colors are really fantastic and graceful. Her pose make her be very cute and charming.
